Now Accepting Credit Cards! Convenience Fee Assessed
You’ve spoken and we are listening. As a way to make paying your invoices more convenient, we are now accepting credit card payments through FreshBooks. If you pay your invoice via Freshbooks’ credit card service, your account will be charged the exact transaction fee we are charged for using the service. That fee will appear on the subsequent invoice to the one you are paying with the credit card. If you pay with your Visa or MasterCard, you account will be charged $0.30 plus 2.9% of the transaction total. If you pay with your American Express card, your account will be charged $0.30 plus 3.5% of the transaction total. We will continue to accept cash, checks, and online check payments without assessing an additional fee per transaction.
