Invoice Late Payment Fees $35 Fee Automatically Assessed to Unpaid Invoices
The September 1, 2015 invoices have gone out. Beginning with these September invoices, the contractual late fee of $35 will be automatically added to late invoices. To ensure you receive all communications from Freshbooks (our invoicing system), please check your spam or junk-mail folder for any invoices that might be trapped in email purgatory. Also, your enrollment contract outlines the payment plan you selected. As always, please let us know if you have any questions.
To help minimize the risk of incurring a late fee, we’ve activated the credit card transaction system within Freshbooks. However, should you pay with a credit card rather than cash, check, or electronic check, your account will be assessed the exact transaction fee that we are assessed in running your transaction as explained in detail below.
